Well, I now have a sype account and it was easy to add the contacts as well as several personal friends and family. I am happy to have gotten this far but havent made an actual video call. hope to figure that out in the next day since all my contacts are light grey, I dont think it works yet.
It's great that you have your account set up. You will become familiar with the symbols...if you place your cursor over the symbol it will tell you what they mean...grey is offline, yellow means they are away from their computer and green means they are on their computer and can receive calls. You can leave messages through chat with people that are away or offline and they will receive them when they log back on. Feel free to call me when you see my symbol is green.
ReplyDeleteI think you will find Skype to be a very useful application. I use it every day and absolutely love being able to talk with people...it is so much easier than talking on the phone!
